Thank you for the fast service, could I check if the missing Product 3 is due to it being out of stock?

I placed a large order for gifts to be handed out at an event, and some items arrived either missing or damaged. But K-Goods Shop took care of everything by contacting the sellers directly and resolving the issues quickly.

They also packed the items evenly across multiple boxes and uploaded various shipping options, which allowed me to choose the delivery speed. I received the urgent packages first and had the rest shipped more slowly, just the way I wanted.

When customs unexpectedly asked for additional documents, K-Goods Shop actively supported me through the process, and I was able to receive everything without any issues.

Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service and will definitely be using them again!

Looks good. "5 ge" for 19,100 won. Now, as this is my first time using K-goods Shop, I guess there's a delivery period from the order completion time and probably on April 1st or 2nd or something... That's when the "Ship Service" tab becomes available such that I can ship to America, right?

I really miss being in Korea, where I first bought these PLUS-2000 playing cards from a 7-Eleven in-person. lol.

One of these days, I'll be better in my Korean. At least I get to have some fun reading the Hangeul, for now, and waiting as the process proceeds. :)
