Once you apply for the buy service, K-GoodsShop will order the items in the order they were received. You can check a screenshot of the order information on the detail page as soon as the order is complete. Once the online shopping mall ships the items to K-GoodsShop, we will update the ship service page with the items in the order they are delivered. After the items are updated on the ship service page, you can apply for this service to your desired international shipping address.

However, if you have chosen a shipping address other than K-GoodsShop, the online shopping mall will ship the items directly to that address. If you wish to check the related shipping information (courier's name, tracking number, etc.), please leave an inquiry at the customer support center. If you cannot check the screenshot of the order information or have other requests, please contact the customer support center as well.
