Can I purchase items sold on Bunjang?

By using our buy service, you can request to purchase items sold on Bunjang. K-GoodsShop will check whether we can order the items, inquire with the seller via BungaeTalk regarding the availability, price (including shipping fees), and delivery options, and proceed with the order. You only need to apply for the buy service, and K-GoodsShop will handle all processes from ordering to receiving the items.

1. Not available for customer accounts:
Bunjang is a platform where individuals, not professional sellers, sell items through secondhand transactions. Due to the nature of Bunjang, communication with sellers in Korean via BungaeTalk is required from ordering to receiving the items, so you cannot use your account to place orders.
2. Unable to proceed if the seller refuses to use the escrow payment system:
If the seller refuses to use the escrow payment system, it will be difficult to secure the amount you have paid, and it may disadvantage you in the event of payment-related disputes with the seller, making it impossible to proceed with the buy service.
3. Price negotiation not available:
While price negotiation may be possible on Bunjang, K-GoodsShop cannot negotiate prices as we cannot analyze and determine the market price of the items sold on Bunjang.
4. Bunjang payment processing fee:
Bunjang charges a payment processing fee of 3.5% of the product price (including shipping fees). When requesting to purchase items sold on Bunjang through the buy service, please make sure to include this payment processing fee in the "Order Amount."
5. If the seller chooses to ship items only via convenience store shipments, delivery to other addresses is impossible (delivery only to K-GoodsShop), and additional fees will be charged.
